If not for the mercy of God that said no, these eighteen passengers that boarded the Delta Transport Company bus with registration number DT 269B28 would have been all perished on Monday, April 1st, 2024, while returning from Easter break, along Kwale Ogwashi Uku highway. LEAP TV news gathered that the ill fated bus took off from the Ogwashi Uku terminal of the state owned transport company enroute Ughelli but suffered a tire explosion due to overload and excessive speed, which led to the bus somersaulting severally before landing upside down, very close to Ewulu junction without any casualty.
