Bouncer Stabs Boy To Death Trying To Pick Money At Wedding Reception In Delta

A teenager by name, Oghenemaro Eriana was stabbed to death by a bouncer at a wedding reception in Mofor, Udu council area of Delta State.

The incident which occurred on Saturday afternoon, leaptvnews.com learnt the victim was trying to pick up money sprayed on the couple during the ceremony, when the bouncer, Mr Francis Utuedor, stabbed him in the process.

It was gathered that the victim lived along Kolokolo Street in Udu Road and went to the party with his mother.

Findings revealed that the mother of the teenage boy was already bereaved following the loss of her older son two months ago.

The groom was said to be a neighbour of the family of the deceased.

When contacted, the Delta State Police Command spokesman, DSP Bright Edafe, who confirmed the development, noted that the incident happened at Wetland Hotel in Mofor, Udu Local Government Area, near Warri.
